Multiple IBM Mainframe technologies (z900 through EC12 and a large collection VTS and DASD offerings) to meet your recovery needs.
Virtual Machines
UCS Chassis farm can be configured to meet customer needs as requested. Back-end disk includes Flash, SaaS and SATA. Hypervisors can include VMware, HyperV, and Acropolis.
POWER (iSERIES/AIX)
Our multiple IBM Power systems Power6 through Power9, allow us to allocate LPARs to meet customer needs (either AIX or iSeries). Storage (Flash, SAS & SATA) can be implimented to meet your restoration requirements. We utilize data replications technologies such as like Mimix and iTerra to enable rapid failover and recovery.
Rackspace as a Service
RES-Q™ Services allows customers to bring servers and hardware to one or more of our datacenter floors to enable high availability, system protection, and/or data replication. We can mix our in-house hardware with customers’ current equipment for the most cost effective solutions.

We have access to $100 million worth of IT assets, enabling delivery to match customer needs. 48-hour to 5-day delivery SLA.
Center-Based
Leverage one of our SOC 2 Type II facilities for system and data recovery. Solutions can include any of our $100 million worth of assets: mainframe, Power, and virtual machines.
Tape
We have access to tape media matching customers’ needs from LTO7s, down to LTO3s; including 3594 tape E05 and E06. We have nearly no limitations on tape environments.

Professional Services
RES-Q™ Services employs a wide variety of senior-level engineers. Our team is capable of supporting customer deployments, system health checks, managed iSeries, recovery execution, and daily backup success failure monitoring. Our engineers constantly receive training and obtain new certifications for existing technology updates and new disruptive technologies coming into the market.
DEPLOYMENTS
Hardware deployment operations consist of shipping on-premise to the customer site or one of our DR failover locations.
HEALTH CHECK
This service includes current backup products, system integration and performance, and recovery abilities.

Hosting
Customers can leverage RES-Q™ Services’ existing host environments for worry free, cost-effective production hosting of their iSeries/AIX and mainframe environments. RES-Q™’s datacenters are secure, hardened facilities with SOC 2, Type II, and HIPPA certifications.
Network
RES-Q™ Services’ customers have the ability to deploy and extend their network to our data center floor. We provide cross connects to hardware that the customer can place on our floor for Disaster Recovery purposes. IP addresses can be reserved prior to a disaster or after a disaster occurs. Metered bandwidth is available for Direct Internet Access across multiple connections. Our datacenter has multiple forms of redundant connectivity.
SECURE CONNECTION
Customers may place hardware on our datacenter floor to enable secure network communication. This may include firewalls, switches, or routers.
CROSS CONNECT
Allows customers to drop their own MPLS or Point-to-Point Circuit, providing a secure extension from their site to ours.
TELCOS
There are currently lit fibers in our facility through multiple major telcos. Work with your preffered telco to establish connectivity.
